Design Notes

We were looking for the best method to optimize gene expression in E.coli.


Source

The xylF-xylA promoter is a modified version of xylR-xylF-xylA promoter present in E.coli K-12 genome. We used one of the sfGFP permutation, with optimized codon sequence.
